Associate Director of Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Strategy and Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead end-to-end M&A execution, including target screening, financial modeling, and transaction execution
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence teams and assist in integration planning

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, or strategy roles
• Experience in driving or supporting M&A processes
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with modern AI tools and workflows, or willingness to learn
