Job Summary

Associate Director of Strategy, responsible for leading insight-driven strategies and managing client relationships in a remote, full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior point of contact for agency clients, ensuring clarity and excellence in execution of creator marketing programs
• Translate reporting outputs into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, aligning creator strategies with audience insights and brand goals
• Guide a team in transforming data into clear narratives that drive client action and support key initiatives and innovation planning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in influencer, media, digital, or brand strategy, preferably within agency or consultancy settings
• Proven ability to translate marketing objectives into measurable influencer/creator programs
• Hands-on experience with influencer/creator marketing and social media management platforms
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced workstreams
• Experience in crafting compelling business stories from data insights
