Associate Director of Subrights

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Subsidiary Rights Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a high volume of subsidiary rights license agreements
• Supervise and support team members, including workload management and performance feedback
• Develop and implement improvements to workflow and processes

Required Qualifications

• 7 - 10+ years' experience in drafting and negotiating subsidiary rights and permissions agreements
• 5+ years' experience in people management
• Thorough understanding of contract and business issues in the book publishing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Familiarity with Biblio3 Suite and/or Bradbury Phillips Rights Manager is a plus
