Associate Director of Subsidized Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director-Subsidized Programs to oversee the Client Services Team for subsidized fitness programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Senior Managers and Client Services Managers, ensuring high-level service and client satisfaction
• Conduct routine outreach to support client retention and assist in new product implementations
• Provide updates to management on client activity and resolve client issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience required
• 5 years of experience servicing health plan clients or similar clientele required
• 3 years of management experience required
• Experience with Microsoft 365 CRM preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and excellent project management skills
