Associate Director of Supplier Quality

Job Summary

Leading supplier quality management strategies, the full-time Associate Director of Supplier Quality will oversee supplier performance, compliance, and relationship management while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Global Quality lead for critical external suppliers and oversee quality business reviews to ensure compliance with GMP standards
• Develop and track Global Supplier Quality metrics, providing management readouts and predictive risk modeling to identify trends in supplier performance
• Manage the global supplier audit schedule and assist in negotiating quality agreements, ensuring robust evaluation of suppliers and adherence to regulatory expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or health-related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device industry focused on quality assurance or supplier management
• At least 5 years of direct managerial experience in a global or matrixed environment
• Hands-on experience with TrackWise Digital for supplier quality workflows
• Knowledge of global GxP regulations and proven lead auditor capabilities
