Associate Director of Supply Optimization

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director for Supply & Trade Optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the global S&OP process, ensuring alignment across various teams
• Assess and enhance the quality and efficiency of the monthly S&OP cycle
• Analyze trade flow routes to optimize customer fulfillment and manufacturing site usage

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, or related fields, with at least 3 years in global processes
• Deep understanding of S&OP principles and supply chain dynamics
• Experience with network modeling, scenario planning, and trade flow optimization
• Familiarity with digital planning tools and data visualization software
