Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 8+ years of deep talent acquisition experience, with several years in other HR disciplines
• Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven environments
• Strong knowledge of hiring practices and employment compliance
• Experience with at least one ATS platform and data-driven decision making
