Job Summary

Leading a high-performing recruiting team remotely, the full-time Associate Director of Talent Acquisition will manage critical executive-level searches, develop hiring strategies, and optimize recruiting operations while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to create a high-performance recruiting organization
• Manage a portfolio of high-impact searches and drive full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer negotiation
• Serve as the primary administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) and optimize recruiting workflows and processes

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in digital marketing or technology
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition teams
• Proven success in recruiting for executive and specialized roles while managing full-cycle recruiting
• Strong experience with advanced sourcing strategies and recruitment analytics
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
