Associate Director of Talent Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Talent and Culture to design and implement talent and culture programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead employee engagement survey strategy and implement actionable insights
• Design and execute onboarding and performance management frameworks
• Develop recognition programs that align with performance and cultural values

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related fields
• Experience building talent programs in a high-growth or small-company environment
• Strong understanding of performance strategy and employee engagement
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR or related field preferred
• Biotech or life sciences experience preferred
