Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related fields
  • Experience building talent programs in a high-growth or small-company environment
  • Strong understanding of performance strategy and employee engagement
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Biotech or life sciences experience preferred
