Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related fields
- Experience building talent programs in a high-growth or small-company environment
- Strong understanding of performance strategy and employee engagement
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR or related field preferred
- Biotech or life sciences experience preferred
