Associate Director of Talent Partnerships

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of a national talent partnerships strategy, the full-time Associate Director of Talent Partnerships will cultivate relationships with talent to enhance visibility and support for the No Kid Hungry campaign, preferably based in Los Angeles or Washington, D.C. in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent partnership strategies, including recruitment and engagement opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with celebrities and industry executives to support long-term collaboration
• Design and facilitate high-touch engagement experiences for talent to deepen their connection to the mission

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent relations, marketing, public relations, or entertainment industries, with a preference for entertainment industry experience
• Demonstrated leadership in developing and implementing talent engagement strategies and campaigns
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to the mission of Share Our Strength
