Associate Director of Tax Process

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director Business Process, Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP modules within the Record to Report (R2R) workstream
• Drive process improvements in cost accounting and profitability analysis, enhancing FP&A capabilities
• Manage R2R workstream deliverables, timelines, and budgets within enhancement projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior role focused on R2R processes
• Proven expertise in SAP FICO and FP&A modules, preferably within SAP S/4HANA environments
• In-depth understanding of SAP financial modules and their integration with other SAP components
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades is preferred
