Associate Director of Technical Operations

Job Summary

Managing proprietary application workflows, the full-time Associate Director of Technical Operations will oversee daily product operations, lead a Tier 2 support team, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance software services in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and support for key systems, including defect management and incident management processes
• Supervise and mentor a team of junior software developers while defining central testing strategies and validating test plans
• Perform SQL queries for data validation and participate in release and bug-review meetings with QA and product managers

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Two years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle using Agile methodologies
• Two years of experience in the healthcare industry, including log analysis and defect analysis using SQL and KQL
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and UAT test automation
• Proficiency in developing SSIS packages and creating automation solutions using RPA tools
