• Lead segments of MEDITECH Expanse transitions and own KPI and baseline development
• Ensure accuracy and operationalization of reporting for revenue cycle implementations
• Support go-live readiness and post-live revenue stabilization efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of MEDITECH Expanse Director-level experience
• Experience in hospital billing revenue cycle analytics
• Ability to define metrics and produce actionable insights
• Demonstrated experience leading workstreams in revenue cycle optimizations
• Familiarity with Epic is a plus but not required
