Associate Director of Technology
Job Summary
To support a growing technology consulting practice, the part-time Associate Director of Technology will serve as the lead technical architect, designing and implementing solutions for clients while optimizing internal systems in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to technology consulting by scoping engagements, designing solutions, and supporting delivery for client projects
- Enhance internal systems and workflows, integrating tools and optimizing databases to improve operational efficiency
- Provide technical mentorship and training to staff, ensuring the effective use of internal tools and AI resources
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology consulting or similar roles
- Advanced proficiency with Airtable and Notion, including system design and database management
- Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, and n8n
- Strong understanding of data management principles and security awareness in mission-driven environments
