Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, User Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytics engagements from measurement framework design through data collection, analysis, and strategic recommendation
• Conduct SEO/GEO initiatives including site audits, keyword research, and advising on optimization strategies
• Define KPI frameworks and reporting structures to provide actionable insights into product performance

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, SEO/GEO, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of quantitative analysis methods and SEO/GEO best practices
• Proficiency with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics)
• Strong client-facing communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Experience managing and developing analysts, with a track record in business development
