A company is looking for an Associate Director of Strategic Resourcing and Performance Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee key clinical trial vendor services and drive performance, including issue management
• Lead cross-functional teams in governance activities and maintain transparent communication with vendors
• Develop and execute vendor oversight plans and establish key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of clinical trial experience in the pharma/biotech/CRO industry with a Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in relationship management and oversight of outsourced partners
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial vendor services and contracting strategies
• Proficient in project management and risk mitigation
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
