Job Summary
Leading a regional warehouse network, the full-time Associate Director of Warehousing will manage multi-site operations, drive performance metrics, and oversee financial management in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead multi-site warehouse operations to ensure service, cost, and productivity outcomes
- Own the governance of plant warehouse reporting structures and establish accountability for performance metrics
- Manage 3PL partners, including establishing service-level agreements and monitoring performance against KPIs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations or logistics
- Experience managing multi-site operations, including 3PL environments
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including budget ownership and cost management
- Proven leadership experience in a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization
