Job Summary
Collaborating on integrated marketing and communications plans, the full-time Associate Director, Omnichannel Strategy will manage client relationships and lead omnichannel marketing initiatives while working in a flexible remote or hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate insights into personalized omnichannel experiences that address brand challenges and audience needs
- Bridge insights, creative, analytics, and media to create cohesive engagement ecosystems for campaigns
- Support business development efforts and contribute to the agency's thought leadership activities
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of agency experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing focused on omnichannel strategy
- Expertise in digital marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing analytics
- Proven ability to manage client relationships in multi-stakeholder environments
- Hands-on experience in supporting agency new business efforts
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in creating impactful presentations
