Job Summary
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, the full-time Associate Director, Omnichannel Strategy will execute integrated marketing and communications plans for clients, leveraging omnichannel expertise and strong presentation skills in a flexible remote or hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate actionable insights into personalized omnichannel experiences that address brand challenges and audience needs
- Bridge insights, creative, analytics, and media to create cohesive engagement ecosystems for high-performing campaigns
- Drive annual strategic and tactical plans in collaboration with account and brand strategy teams, optimizing channel and content mix
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of agency experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing with a focus on omnichannel strategy
- Expertise in digital marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing analytics
- Experience managing client relationships and navigating multi-stakeholder environments
- Hands-on experience supporting new business development efforts
- Proficient in creating impactful presentations for client engagement
