Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of COA strategies, the full-time Associate Director, Patient-Centered Outcomes will collaborate with cross-functional teams in both the US and international regions, ensuring quality and compliance in COA projects while managing vendor relationships and project budgets remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support and lead COA strategy development and execution across Oncology and Neuroscience Therapeutic Areas
- Manage relationships with vendors and key opinion leaders to ensure timely completion of COA projects
- Track and manage PCO project proposals, budgets, and status updates while coordinating internal approvals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is essential; a Master's or PhD is preferred
- Minimum of three years' experience in PCOs/COAs environments, preferably in a pharmaceutical company or consultancy
- Experience in Oncology is essential; experience in Neuroscience is desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
