Associate Director, Patient First Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Strategy & Insights, Patient First Digital Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client RFPs to identify strategic opportunities for enhancing study design and enrollment
• Evaluate study protocols to develop evidence-based, patient-centric strategies that improve engagement and access
• Deliver impactful presentations and proposals that communicate the value of Patient First strategies to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• 8+ years of experience in patient recruitment and digital solutions
• Deep expertise in the clinical development lifecycle and patient recruitment strategies
• Proven experience in protocol review and consultancy for clinical trials
• Strong operational leadership skills with the ability to propose optimized strategies
