Associate Director, Patient Outcomes

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Patient Centered Outcomes Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Patient Centered Outcomes (PCO) strategy and evidence generation planning
• Oversee the selection and implementation of clinical outcome assessment (COA) tools in studies to support regulatory approval and commercial success
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and represent PCO on various teams to meet strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Psychology, Psychometrics, Health Research, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with a PhD; 8+ years with a Master's degree
• Experience in Patient Focused Drug Development or Outcomes Research in a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
• Preferred experience interacting with regulators and policy makers
• Strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
