Associate Director, Pricing & Contracting

Job Summary

To support the Market Access team, the full-time Associate Director, Pricing & Contracting will manage data analytics, government reporting, and payer contracting for products like Furoscix and Afrezza, with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model from Burlington, MA, or Westlake Village, CA, while collaborating with various internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly reconciliation of source data for government pricing calculations and maintain forecast models for pricing analysis
• Review vendor materials, validate reports, and ensure compliance with government regulations and deadlines
• Analyze payer data to create insightful trend analysis and maintain departmental dashboards for essential information dissemination

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 7 years in the Biopharmaceutical industry, with experience in analytics and reporting roles
• At least 5 years of government pricing or relevant commercial finance experience
• Experience managing external vendor or client relationships for a minimum of 3 years
• Strong data analysis and vendor management skills, with the ability to interpret complex contracts
