Associate Director, Project Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Pipeline Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate asset strategy and lead the development of the integrated project plan
• Own the single integrated plan, ensuring team commitment to shared goals
• Lead options planning and manage project risks, schedules, and budgets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical R&D or related industry
• Experience in project management principles and methods (e.g., PMI/PMBOK)
• Experience with project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts
• Proficiency in PM planning tools (e.g., Planisware, MS Project)
• Experience facilitating project team meetings and preparing for governance interactions
