Associate Director Quality Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director Quality, Management & Compliance (QMC).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new QMC programs and manage project implementation and improvement
• Develop client relationships and provide strategic QMC advice for projects
• Lead project teams to ensure delivery within budget and compliance with KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 10 - 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• University degree in Life Science
• Extensive professional experience with a strong industry network
• Experience in leading and managing project teams
• Ability to manage client relationships at the Vice President level
