Associate Director, R&D Integration

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, R&D Asset Transition & Integration Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support R&D pipeline externalizations, divestments, asset wind-downs, and M&A integration activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of project objectives
• Manage project execution, risk management, and communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science or business-related field required; advanced degree preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• A minimum of 3 years in project management for complex pharmaceutical projects
• Experience in business development projects or alliances
• Fluent in English
