Associate Director, Regional Accounts

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Regional Accounts (ESI Vertical) - Mid-East.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering on strategic intent for priority accounts, ensuring profitable access to products
• Engage with payers and internal partners to identify market access trends and drive execution
• Negotiate contracts and build business cases for contracting with accounts

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree
• 3+ years of leadership or payer account management experience
• Experience managing multiple therapeutic areas across regional PBMs and payers
• Preferred experience in specialty/rare disease markets
• In-depth understanding of commercial, Medicare, and PBM business
