Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Regional Marketing (South).
Key Responsibilities
- Solicit and analyze insights from Key External Experts (KEEs) to inform brand strategy
- Track KEE beliefs and create advocacy plans to build relationships with experts in IgA nephropathy
- Identify and train members of the US Speaker Bureau and develop educational initiatives to raise awareness of IgA nephropathy
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree; MBA and/or advanced science degree preferred
- 8+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with 3-5 years in the field preferred
- Experience with biologics, gene therapies, or specialty drugs; nephrology expertise preferred
- Proven ability to develop insight-driven strategic plans and influence cross-functional teams
- Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance considerations
