Associate Director, Regional Marketing

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Regional Marketing (South).

Key Responsibilities

• Solicit and analyze insights from Key External Experts (KEEs) to inform brand strategy
• Track KEE beliefs and create advocacy plans to build relationships with experts in IgA nephropathy
• Identify and train members of the US Speaker Bureau and develop educational initiatives to raise awareness of IgA nephropathy

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree; MBA and/or advanced science degree preferred
• 8+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with 3-5 years in the field preferred
• Experience with biologics, gene therapies, or specialty drugs; nephrology expertise preferred
• Proven ability to develop insight-driven strategic plans and influence cross-functional teams
• Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance considerations
