Associate Director, Regulatory Excellence
Job Summary
To drive execution of portfolio priorities and regulatory excellence initiatives, the full-time Associate Director, Regulatory Excellence will lead business management activities within the GRS ICV & Neuroscience organizations, serving as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring compliance and operational planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic operational partner to Therapy Area VPs, developing leadership presentations and business reviews
- Coordinate cross-team information gathering to support regulatory portfolio reviews and monitor key milestones
- Lead process improvement initiatives for regulatory excellence, identifying workflow inefficiencies and developing solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business operations or regulatory operations within a biopharmaceutical environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver outcomes independently in a matrixed environment
- Recognized as an internal expert with strong judgment and credibility in managing cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
