Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Risk Management - Center of Excellence Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational oversight and lead planning, coordination, and execution of RMCoE projects
  • Serve as the primary project lead for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and communication across teams
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency within the RMCoE
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required; advanced degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5-8 years in strategic project management within biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare organizations
  • Proven track record in supporting new product launches and managing external vendors
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management and strategic oversight
  • Experience in Pharmacovigilance/Global Regulatory and/or patient safety preferred
