Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Sales Development, SMB.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track sales team metrics and report data to senior leadership regularly
- Drive quota achievement of SDR team focusing on quality across Small-Medium accounts
- Partner across sales management and demand generation to develop and execute a successful GTM strategy
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years experience managing SDR teams, with 10+ years total work experience
- Experience in second-line management
- Experience managing an SDR team of 30+
- Worked at a high growth tech company selling into Small-Medium size companies
- Experience hiring and managing a world-class team
