A company is looking for an Associate Director, Sales Development, SMB.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to senior leadership regularly
  • Drive quota achievement of SDR team focusing on quality across Small-Medium accounts
  • Partner across sales management and demand generation to develop and execute a successful GTM strategy

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years experience managing SDR teams, with 10+ years total work experience
  • Experience in second-line management
  • Experience managing an SDR team of 30+
  • Worked at a high growth tech company selling into Small-Medium size companies
  • Experience hiring and managing a world-class team
