Job Summary
Leading scheduling efforts for large construction projects, the full-time Associate Director Scheduler Lead will manage project timelines and resource optimization while ensuring compliance with established methodologies, working remotely from Seattle, Washington.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize resource use and complete work plan scopes within budget and time constraints
- Develop project milestone and progress tracking baselines while ensuring adherence to scheduling methodologies
- Analyze schedule data to identify trends and communicate findings to the Project Director and team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
- Graduate degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a scheduling role within the construction industry
- Proficient in Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or above, and Microsoft Project
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments requiring proactive coordination
