Job Summary
To support educational grant development and content creation, the remote Associate Director, Scientific Affairs will independently manage scientific writing, engage with expert faculty, and oversee project deliverables while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality medical and scientific content adhering to adult learning principles and interprofessional education standards
- Contribute to grant planning and development, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and addressing educational needs
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare leaders to gather insights for educational program needs and grant opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (PhD or PharmD preferred) in a scientific, medical, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing continuing medical education (CME/CE) activities
- Experience in developing CME/CE activities supported by pharmaceutical companies and government grants
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reference manager applications
- Current knowledge of healthcare industry trends and relevant disease areas
