Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Global Scientific Communications & Congress Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of integrated US congress plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Manage congress-related logistics, including project management and agency coordination
• Ensure high scientific quality and compliance in all activities related to congress strategy and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced scientific/healthcare degree preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in biopharma Medical Affairs or related fields
• Experience leading major medical congress planning and execution
• Strong project/program management skills, including risk management and stakeholder alignment
• Knowledge of compliant medical/scientific content development and review processes
