A company is looking for an Associate Director - Senior Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret business requirements and provide technical feedback
Author technical design documents and implement features based on requirements
Mentor junior engineers, conduct training sessions, and share knowledge across teams

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3 years of experience in software development or related position
Experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, Unix, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, and REST APIs
Knowledge of multithreading concepts, design patterns, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD
Proficiency in OOP/OOD, Maven, GIT, Subversion, and automated testing tools
