Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Site Reliability Engineering - Automation Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Automation team to expand automation footprint and drive AIOps strategy
Coordinate software application testing, quality assurance, and support for smooth implementation of new software
Advance automation by overseeing RPA and cognitive scripting tools, and design automation solutions based on SRE needs

Required Qualifications:

Experience with Automation scripting tools
6+ years of technical experience and 2+ years of management experience
Passion for improving consumer experiences
Product Ownership experience and familiarity with AIOps and event correlation platforms
Six Sigma or ITIL certification, and Automation Anywhere Experience
