- Team Mentorship & Oversight
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in health, biotech, or pharmaceutical social media
- Client service experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Understanding of FDA and FTC regulations guiding social media efforts for biotech and pharma clients
- Proven success managing and mentoring junior team members
- Ability to grow social media business with current social, PR, or marketing clients
