Associate Director, Speaker Programs

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of healthcare professional education programs, the remote Associate Director, Speaker Programs will manage speaker program operations, ensuring compliance and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the enterprise-wide peer-to-peer education and speaker program strategy, ensuring compliance and scalability
• Oversee the end-to-end speaker lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and performance management
• Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and manage financial processes related to speaker programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of experience in speaker bureau management, peer-to-peer education, or related functions within healthcare
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including FMV and HCP contracting practices
• Proven experience developing operational processes and scalable program infrastructure
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
