Associate Director, Statistical Programming

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Statistical Programming Project Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global development of programming deliverables and collaborate with project Biostatisticians for strategic planning
• Represent the statistical programming team in meetings and address programming-related study deliverables
• Oversee the creation of analysis datasets and ensure compliance with regulatory submission standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative or scientific field with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) and familiarity with regulatory submission deliverables
• Knowledge of clinical data structures and study designs
• Experience with statistical programming tools such as SAS, R, and Python
• Vendor/CRO oversight experience and cross-functional collaboration skills
