Associate Director Study Start-up

Job Summary

Driving world-class study start-up planning and execution, the full-time remote Associate Director Study Start-up will manage a team of Study Start-up Managers to ensure timely and compliant clinical trial launches across a global portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality study start-up across multiple programs
• Oversee end-to-end study start-up planning and execution, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
• Provide portfolio-level oversight of study start-up performance and escalate risks with solutions

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 3 years of clinical execution experience, or Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years, or Associate's degree with 12 years, or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of clinical execution experience
• Minimum of 3 years of direct management or leadership experience
• Expertise in pharma and clinical trial processes and operations
• Experience leading and managing global teams
• No prior Veeva experience required
