Associate Director, Supplier Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Supplier Relationship Management (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate supplier governance, including chairing meetings and maintaining oversight tools
• Manage operational performance improvements through root cause analysis and process standardization
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and support supplier innovation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA required; advanced technical degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of applicable drug development operations experience, global experience preferred
• Experience in key clinical operational functions to enable meaningful dialogue with partners
• Experience in Alliance/Partnership excellence and process improvement
• Experience with financial management, negotiation, and conflict resolution
