Associate Director Supply Chain

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Commercial Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies for commercial products and future global launches
• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including demand forecasting, inventory control, and Sales and Operations Planning
• Oversee compliance with serialization regulations and collaborate with cross-functional teams on commercial labeling and packaging

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, life sciences, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of cGMPs, FDA, and global regulations related to commercial supply chains
• Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain optimization tools
• Strong leadership and analytical skills to manage teams and stakeholders
