Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Supply Chain - Launches & Variations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global Launches & Variations Framework, ensuring clarity in roles and decision-making structures
• Shape the end-to-end operating model for launches and variations from Phase 3 readiness through commercial lifecycle management
• Act as the strategic bridge between global functions and regional execution teams to ensure cohesive alignment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in biopharma supply chain, Technical Operations, Regulatory, or related areas
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading product launches, variations, or lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of global commercialization processes and regulatory variation pathways
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a complex environment
• Experience designing or governing enterprise-level frameworks or operating models
