Job Summary
To support the TTR business, the full-time remote Associate Director, Training Development will lead the commercial capability strategy, partnering with Commercial Leadership to identify capability gaps, develop learning strategies, and implement scalable solutions that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic learning partner to Commercial Leadership, identifying capability gaps and recommending solutions aligned with business priorities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial Training team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Design and implement onboarding, leadership development, and advanced capability programs while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial experience
- 5+ years of experience in commercial training, capability development, or sales leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex matrix organization
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align learning solutions to business priorities
