Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, US Reimbursement, Market Access & Health Policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. reimbursement strategy across various healthcare settings for Impella products
• Interpret payer policies and analyze data to inform access strategies and reimbursement performance
• Serve as a reimbursement expert and engage with stakeholders to support coding and coverage initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in the U.S. healthcare payer system and payment structures
• Strong experience with healthcare claims and payer policy analysis
• Proven ability to operate in complex, matrixed organizations
• Minimum 5 years of MedTech experience in reimbursement or health policy leadership
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, health policy, or related field
