Associate Director, Value & Access

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, US Value & Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analyses of the access landscape and develop strategic input for brand planning
• Own communication strategy and tools for formulary decision makers, ensuring alignment with brand strategy
• Provide strategic leadership across functions and manage key agency partners in market development execution

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in health sciences or business/marketing; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• At least 12 years of bio/pharmaceutical experience, with 3+ years in payer/access marketing preferred
• Expertise in market access, reimbursement, and payer marketing
• Experience with new product launches in the US, preferably in specialty drugs
• Familiarity with Pharmacy and Medical Benefit products, especially in rare diseases
