Associate Director, Value Advisory

Job Summary

Leading high-impact consulting engagements, the full-time Associate Director, Value Advisory will manage client relationships, provide strategic advisory on pricing and market access, and oversee project delivery in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day client lead, building trusted relationships and delivering insights during client meetings
• Lead strategic advisory engagements across pricing strategy, market access, and evidence generation throughout the product lifecycle
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Economics, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, pharma strategy, or market access
• Proven experience leading client-facing consulting engagements and managing project teams
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing and market access dynamics
• Strong executive presence and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
