- Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining customer relationships
- Make timely and accurate decisions regarding claims processing
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in Short Term Disability, Absence, or Paid Leave claim management, or related health claim field
- Claim/risk management skills and technical knowledge in contract interpretation and administration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- PC skills required, including proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
