  • Manage a block of State Paid Leave and Absence claims ensuring optimal claims handling
  • Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining customer relationships
  • Make timely and accurate decisions regarding claims processing
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in Short Term Disability, Absence, or Paid Leave claim management, or related health claim field
  • Claim/risk management skills and technical knowledge in contract interpretation and administration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • PC skills required, including proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
