Associate eCommerce Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate eCommerce Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and address friction points in eCommerce processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Store Operations to optimize Omni & eCommerce processes for a seamless customer experience
• Monitor and report on eCommerce Operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements in customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in operations, eCommerce, or a similar role
• Experience in the apparel industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
