Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate EDI Engineer to support their healthcare EDI team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing and configuring EDI solutions for healthcare transactions
Help set up and maintain eligibility feeds between health plans and trading partners
Support troubleshooting of EDI transmission and data mapping issues

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience with healthcare EDI formats and/or X12 transaction sets, or equivalent coursework/internship experience
Basic understanding of healthcare insurance workflows and claims data
Familiarity with JavaScript and SQL; exposure to C# is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience is preferred
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security is preferred
